MKW Homes was founded by Michael Ward, a builder with over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and outdoor living.
Originally from Liverpool, England, Michael brings a strong foundation of European craftsmanship to his work—where attention to detail, structure, and finish are held to a higher standard. That influence is reflected in every project, from the way materials are selected to how each space comes together as a whole.
After building his career in California, Michael established MKW Homes with a clear vision: to offer high-quality construction with a straightforward, honest approach. No unnecessary complications, no cutting corners—just well-executed work and a process clients can feel confident in.
